What this is

getfiles.app is a free service for collecting files from other people via temporary upload links.

Your responsibilities

• Don't upload illegal content
• Don't use the service to distribute malware
• Don't abuse rate limits or try to circumvent them
• Don't use it for anything that harms others

We reserve the right to delete any request or file without notice if we believe it violates these terms.

Our responsibilities

• We store your files for the duration of the request (up to 10 days) plus a 3-day grace period
• We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but provide no uptime guarantees
• We are not responsible for lost files — always keep your own backups

Limits

• Maximum file size: 500 MB per file
• Maximum total storage per request: 5 GB
• Maximum files per request: 200
• Maximum request duration: 10 days
• These limits may change

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
